All our Products Qualify for Free Shipping and Free Returns.

1. Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since you have received your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

3. In case you have received defective goods, please, contact our Support team on customerservice@rusticferal.co.nz . Please specify the good purchased or attach the invoice to your email, any relevant pictures of the defect would be appreciated. We will contact you within 48 hours of your email.

4.Please ensure the goods are in marketable condition, stamps or factory labels are intact.

Shipping is free and so are returns, Always. Please use the return label provided with your purchase, this will expire after 28 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods we will send you an email to notify you of the same, followed by an email within 48hrs detailing the outcome of your request.

If a refund is due, it will be processed immediately and the credit card or method of payment used for the purchase will be refunded. Please allow 48 hrs for the credit to show on your statement.

Exchanges

Hope you don’t change your mind. If you do, please use the return label provided to you within 28days of purchase.
